Welcome to the Lucky Stone Cottage on Seneca Lake! This spacious home has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on Seneca Lake. Spacious enough for your entire family & friends come relax & enjoy Seneca lake living at its finest.
Walk into the grand entrance to find a formal living room that’s comfortable & cozy with a fireplace & views of Seneca lake. Open concept dining with an eat in state of the art kitchen. Lots of room for entertaining & a dry bar for mixing cocktails! Fully stocked pantry with essentials for entertaining & an additional refrigerator in pantry! The second informal living room off the kitchen features sectional seating with space for kids to play & a small dining table! Upstairs features another informal living room with board games & books to sit and relax in the morning or enjoy popcorn & watch movies at night!
The master suite with king bed overlooks Seneca lake with a private balcony, soaking clawfoot tub & a spa-like walk in shower. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed with crib. A full bath with bathtub is tucked along the hallway to the bedrooms off the upstairs living room. Bedroom #3 features a walk in shower and full bath & queen size bed. Bedroom #4 has double full size bunk beds & an additional floor bed!
Outside was designed around entertaining! Enjoy cooking at the outdoor kitchen while entertaining on the covered patio! Walk along the shoreline to find lucky stones & roast s’mores on the fire pit all summer long! Relax in the spa- hot tub 365 days a year while enjoying the gorgeous sunrise or under the stars with your friends & family! The outdoor shower is so nice after a long day in the sun enjoying Seneca lake!

Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Residential neighborhood.
Due to family allergies no dogs/pets allowed
